For your safety and a pleasant experience please follow the guidelines below.

Avoid actions that may disturb or inconvenienceother guests.

  • No lying on benches, no using attractions after drinking, and no aggressive behavior.
  • No damaging flower beds, littering, cooking, and placing mats on walkways.
  • Do not leave personal items on family stage seats to reserve them.
  • Personal photography or filming for commercial purposes is restricted to protect portrait rights and ensure a comfortable environment.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable park experience, the following items are not allowed.

  • Bicycles, inline skates, kick scooters, and other small ride-on devices are prohibited.
  • Pets are now allowed inside the park. (Service dogs are permitted.)

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

  • Cigarettes are not sold inside the park.

You may enjoy your own lunch in the Picnic Ground.

Lost Child Assistance

  • If a child goes missing, please report it to the nearest staff member or visit the Guest Services at the Main Entrance.
  • Have your child wear a Child Safety Wristband to help prevent getting lost.

Queueing Etiquette

  • Please line up with your entire group when waiting to use an attraction.
  • If you need to leave the line briefly, please let a staff member know and ask nearby guests for their patience.
